They take the time to explain the differences between the various choices. I have purchased a stove and a refrigerator from them. The stove had some dents or marks in the back where you couldn't even see them, and I got a significant discount for that.
Good if youre looking for cases for a restaurant? Not a lot to choose from, overpriced. Better off goiing to a major appliance store, like home depot, they are actually cheaper for better quality.
After dealing with Cocoplum, who REFUSED to sell me a power cord because I didn't buy it from them ("No, I won't sell you one. Go buy it where you got the stove," the *store manager* told me!), I phoned Central Appliance. The very nice woman explained what I needed and that they had it in stock. I hadn't heard of them before, but if I had seen Dorothy's review I would have looked for a stove there. I will go to them for a refrigerator when I can afford it.

My husband and I have purchased a washing machine, a dryer and a GE refrigerator over the past several years and are very happy with the prices we paid and especially the customer service. Central Appliance shows that it pays to shop locally instead of a big box store. Central Appliance is there after you have owned the product and have questions, need parts, or service. Today I ordered a replacement water filter for my fridge-no problem. Central Appliance will order the part for me and call me when it arrives in the store. Rate this store a 10+++++++
Don't buy from this bussiness. They sold me a broken frig. It was leaking inside and asked about it and was told that it was just defrosting. Then got it to the house and it made all kind of noise. Called and was told that I would have to bring it back in if I wanted it fixed. Well after agruing a bit that it should be fixed in the first place, he sent someone out to look at. Not much time later, it was dripping water inside from vents. Eventaully air vents from freezer was freezing and closing of air flow. This was the dripped from before I bought it and was never fixed. Very angry at their dishonesty.
