worst customer service ......we were chased out of the store when we enquired about campers for sale! would not recomend
So Campers Inn said I could find someone else that would do warranty work and they would pay it or they could go get my camper and return it to the campground in the spring.
This has been in the works since september and when they were at my camper the repair guys said most of the problems are minor and the sliding door is a big project but they could handle it. Now my camper is closed up for the winter and I either have to find a different repair company to go there or I have to let the dealer take it back for repairs. (camper is leveled and blocked up with hard pipe sewer.)
So I will be posting this everywhere I can find. VERMONT RV just backed out of my repairs on my brand new camper because the owner does not want to deal with warranty work and be held responsible. So I asked why he even took the job and he said "well 1) I probably shouldnt have looked at it seeing you told me it was a new camper and 2) I am leaving for florida and my 2 guys are already busy and I dont want to tackle that. It is nothing I want to get involved with" I said "well I am glad you take on a job as a professional repair place and then back out of it. I will remember this and I will make sure everyone at the campground knows it too" he said thanks and hung up.
